Thickness of paper. The paper should not be too thick. When it is thick, it is easy to wrinkle, and it should not be too thin, otherwise the convex effect cannot be reflected;

Decorative effect of the surface.

Selection Of Grey Board Paper

Grey paperboard is produced from a kind of recycled waste paper. It is mainly divided into single gray, double gray, full gray and high gloss, the selection of which is determined according to the customer's requirements for surface flatness. It is an environment-friendly packaging material, with a quantitative content of 250g ~ 10000g and a thickness of 0.4mm ~ 20mm. Die Cutting

Die cutting is a very important link in the manufacturing process, especially the gift packaging box, which has higher technical requirements for die cutting. The accuracy and precision determine the quality of products, and some errors directly affect the quality of subsequent processing.

Slotting 

Slotting is to use a slotting machine to open a V-shaped groove on a 1 ~ 4mm thick gray plate, and it generally retain a connecting layer of about 0.25mm. The V-shaped groove has an angle, generally 90 degrees and 120 degrees, or open V-shaped grooves with different angles according to the product structure.

Slotting is a key step in the production of gift box. Before the gray board card is formed, the gray board must be V-shaped removed, so that after the gray board card is bent, the outside is straight and the inside is square, the edges and corners are clear, and the four corners match accurately.

Paste

Mounting is a necessary process in the gift box process. According to the requirements of different products, copper paper, art paper, flannelette and leather materials are glued or sprayed through the gluing machine, and they are tightly pasted with the gray board to make them two into one, so as to change the gray appearance on the gray board surface, which not only beautifies the appearance of the box body, but also improves the added value of the packaging box.

Usually, the packaging box is mounted first and then die-cut, but the papered gift box is die-cut first and then mounted. There are three reasons for this difference.

Firstly, it is afraid that the outsourcing material will be stained and affect the appearance. Secondly, the gift box is harmonious of the overall effect. Only after mounting can the support body be completely covered, so that the gray of the gray board is wrapped with novel outsourcing materials, which presents us with a beautiful artwork. Thirdly, some boxes with complex structure still cannot be pasted without manual operation. The machine can not replace this work. But that every detail of the box can be pasted in place by hand, so as to make the outer paper pasted more closely with the gray board.
